Our organic dried apple rings are from apples from certified organic wild
collection. Wild apples grow on the slopes of the wild romantic Pamir mountain
range on the ancient Silk Road near Samarkand in today’s Uzbekistan. The
untreated apples are harvested by hand, peeled, de-cored and then cut into
rings. After this the apple rings are being carefully dried on our own solar dryers
and sorted by hand at our Uzbek subsidiary Silk Road Organic Foods in
Samarkand. Our organic dried apples are 100% natural and in raw-food quality.
We recommend usage of our very aromatic organic apple rings as a snack or as
an ingredient in your muesli, yoghurt or cakes for a healthy alternative. Try our
